Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Your name, telephone number, city or current location, and email address if you provide it.
  • Your preferred property location, property type, plot or property size, investment budget, project preference, purchase timeline and additional requirements.
  • Messages, enquiry history, requested appointments and related follow-up details. If you contact us through a messaging service, this may include the profile details and information you share through that service.
  • Technical information processed by our website and hosting services, such as IP address, browser or device information, pages requested, timestamps and security logs.

Required enquiry fields are marked on the form. You may choose whether to provide optional details. If you do not provide information needed to respond, we may be unable to assist with that request.

Please do not send Aadhaar or PAN copies, bank or card details, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information through general enquiry forms. Any documents needed for a later transaction should be requested through an appropriate process with an explanation of their purpose.

2. How we use information

We use relevant information to answer enquiries, understand your requirements, suggest suitable properties, provide requested brochures or project details, arrange visits and manage related follow-up.

We may also use necessary records to manage complaints, prevent misuse, maintain our systems and business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Your stated budget helps us suggest property options; providing it is not a payment instruction or a commitment to purchase.

We process information with your consent where required, or on another basis permitted by applicable law. A new, unrelated purpose will require an appropriate notice and any consent required by law.

3. Storage and enquiry systems

We may store and manage your information through website enquiry systems, spreadsheets, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, and communication or messaging tools, including WhatsApp and services such as AiSensy.

The systems used may vary depending on how you contact us and our operational requirements. We may replace or change these systems while continuing to use your information for the purposes described in this policy.

Changing a storage or communication platform does not authorise unrelated marketing or unrestricted sharing. Where a change materially affects how information is used or shared, we will update this policy, provide any required notice and obtain consent where required.

Service providers may process information in India or other countries where their systems operate. Any such processing is subject to applicable data-protection requirements and transfer restrictions; we do not represent that all information is stored exclusively in India.

4. Sharing information

Access is limited to authorised team members and service providers who need relevant information to manage enquiries, provide requested services or maintain our systems. Providers handling information on our behalf must follow appropriate confidentiality, security and data-protection requirements.

If a developer, property owner or project representative needs your details for a project-specific enquiry or site visit, we will explain the proposed sharing and obtain permission where required. A recipient handling information for its own purposes is responsible for its own privacy practices.

We may disclose information where required by law, a valid legal process or an authorised government request, limited to what is legally required. We do not sell or rent enquiry information to unrelated businesses for their independent marketing.

5. Follow-up and marketing

When you enquire, we may use the contact details you provide to respond and discuss the property services you requested. Follow-up may take place by telephone, email or messaging, as appropriate to your request and communication choices.

Permission to respond to an enquiry is separate from permission to send ongoing promotions. Where consent is required for marketing, we will seek it separately. Browsing the website, downloading a publicly available brochure or starting a conversation is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing.

You may ask us to stop promotional communications through the contact route below or by replying in an existing conversation. We may still send necessary communications about an ongoing service you requested or a legal obligation.

6. Cookies and external services

Our website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies to support website operation, security, preferences and form or communication features. Browser settings allow you to restrict or remove cookies; doing so may affect some functions.

If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, we will provide relevant information and any consent choices required by applicable law. We do not treat this policy itself as consent to optional tracking.

When you follow a link to WhatsApp or another external website or service, that provider may also process information under its own privacy terms. Embedded content, where present, may communicate with the provider when loaded or used. Please review the relevant provider’s privacy information.

7. Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here or an applicable legal requirement. Relevant factors include whether an enquiry remains active, whether a transaction follows, and whether records are needed for complaints, statutory recordkeeping or legal proceedings.

Information no longer required is to be deleted or anonymised. Necessary backup records may remain until the applicable backup cycle expires and should not be used for routine marketing. Retention and deletion must be managed across the systems holding your information.

We take reasonable steps to protect information against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration and loss. No website, storage system or transmission method is completely secure. Where a data incident requires notification, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

8. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to information you provided, correction of inaccurate details, deletion where applicable, withdrawal of consent or an end to promotional communications. You may also raise a concern about how we handle your information.

We may request limited information to verify your identity. If a request cannot be fulfilled because a legal obligation requires retention or another lawful exception applies, we will explain the relevant reason.

Withdrawal of consent does not invalidate processing already lawfully undertaken. It may affect our ability to continue a service that depends on the information. Additional statutory rights, including nomination and regulatory complaint rights, apply when the relevant legal provisions are in force and applicable.

9. Children’s information

Our property enquiry services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly seek children’s personal information through these services. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, systems, data practices or legal obligations change. The latest version will show its revision date. Where required, we will provide additional notice and obtain fresh consent; continued website use alone will not be treated as consent to a new purpose.
